*Please note that the staff rate only applies with doctor registration. Staff may register without the doctor of their practice at the doctor rate. 

This is a lecture and hands-on and peer discussion program suitable for restorative dentists and dental assistants regardless of prior knowledge and experience of All-on-4 concept/procedure.

(Cancelled registrants are not entitled to receive meeting/presentation materials and gifts that may be provided to the attendees).  A check will be issued and mailed in your eligible amount. You will be notified by registered email when the check is mailed. Allow 1-2 weeks to process. The cancellation and refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to unforeseen personal or world events.

North Shore Smile Surgery is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship/Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Certificate of Attendance will be distributed at the last session of the course. The electronic version will be emailed to the registered email address within 1-2 weeks after the end of the course.
