Offer Your Patients the First Class Smile of All-On-4® with Dr. Scott Frank
ReVita Smile, formerly known as Refresh Smile, is an extraordinary, one day dental implant procedure that uses four-to-six strategically placed dental implants to support a full arch of beautiful, non-removable teeth. If you have a patient who needs a full-smile restoration, Dr. Scott Frank will work with your dental practice and your clients to create a brand new smile using the revolutionary ReVita Smile concept.
Dr. Frank will place the fewest number of dental implants needed for the entire arch. These implants will hold a non-removable bridge that feels like your patient’s natural teeth. Your patient will be able to eat and drink the very same day, while completely avoiding the misery and dissatisfaction often associated with immediate removable dentures. ReVita Smile almost always allows the patient to avoid dental bone grafts, multiple oral surgeries, and the lengthy recovery time often associated with traditional dental implant procedures and treatments. Partnering with Dr. Scott Frank and his team at North Shore Smile Surgery will help your patients achieve the smile of their dreams.
By offering your patients access to high-quality dental implant services, you are helping them achieve the smile they have been dreaming of.
Partnering with us can allow you to offer dental implant services and Revita Smile to your patients without you having to go through the required training. This saves you time and money on the education necessary to offer these services, while also helping your patients achieve the smile they deserve.
By offering dental implant services and Revita Smile to your patients, you are setting yourself apart as a general dentist. Many offices do not offer these services due to the extensive training required. You can offer these services without going through the training and set yourself apart from other local dental offices.
You will be able to work alongside an experienced implantologist to provide the care your patient needs. Dr. Frank has 30+ years of experience in dental health care and is director of the The Elite Dental Group. He has performed over 1,000 successful Revita Smile procedures.
Before ReVita Smile
ReVita Smile is based on the All-On-4 treatment concept, a dental implant procedure that offers an alternative to complex reconstructive procedures and provides prosthetic support with just four implants. This can increase the likelihood of treatment acceptance and reduce costs. Thanks to their design and dedicated drilling protocols, Nobel Biocare dental implants achieve a strong initial stability, which is maintained by the TiUnite surface and patented grooves throughout the critical healing phase. Because of this, all of the implants can be loaded with a fixed provisional restoration on the day of the surgery.
Nobel Biocare components are placed at strategic angles and intervals using cutting-edge technology. We use 3D CT digital technology to assess and plan the placement of your new dental implants, ensuring high levels of predictability and accuracy during the procedure. The dental implants are placed in a way that offers the highest level of stability possible, utilizing the best available oral bone and creating the best AP spread. The combination of the unrivaled product quality of Nobel Biocare medical devices, our revolutionary All-On-4 treatment concept, the extensive oral surgery and dental implant experience of Dr. Frank and his team, and your restorative skills leads to an outstanding treatment solution for your patients!
After ReVita Smile
Our ReVita Smile procedure is different from full-mouth dental implant services offered by other dental offices due to the collective knowledge and skills we employ to perform the procedure. At North Shore Smile Surgery, your dental practice will work alongside our team to achieve a positive outcome for you and your patient. You will receive world-class training alongside a ReVita Smile expert that can only be compared to an apprenticeship. Dr. Frank will train you so that you can offer ReVita Smile in your office, giving your clients options for their dental implants and other work.
Your team will take care of all of the pre-surgical preparations (like creating the custom denture) as well as the post-surgical restoration (attaching teeth to the implants). Once you have received your ReVita Smile training, Dr. Frank will take care of the surgical procedure while you handle everything else! Your patient remains your patient, and you can add this revolutionary dental restoration to your dental practice’s repertoire for future patients.
Dozens of restorative dentists tell us how easy and efficient we make the restoration process! Doctors who have completed cases elsewhere comment on how smoothly the cases have gone. All of the doctors we have trained insist that they have gained the confidence to provide ReVita Smile to patients in their practice.
Shorter Treatment Times
Two key elements significantly reduce treatment complexity, the number of surgeries, and the overall treatment time after this oral procedure: tilting of the posterior implants avoids the need for time-consuming bone grafting procedures, while immediate loading shortens time to teeth.
ReVita Smile is not only the least time-consuming treatment option, but also the least costly in comparison with conventional implant treatment modalities of the edentulous and soon-to-be edentulous jaw.
Stability Even in Minimum Bone Volume
By tilting the two posterior implants, longer implants can be used, increasing bone-to-implant contact and avoiding vertical bone augmentation. In addition, the tilted implants can be anchored in better quality anterior bone, reduce cantilevers, and help avoid important anatomical structures.
Rapid Improvement in Quality of Life
ReVita Smile provides edentulous and soon-to-be edentulous patients with a fixed, full-arch prosthesis on four implants the day of surgery. This quickly leads to improved patient satisfaction – with regards to dental and oral function, aesthetics, sense, speech, and self-esteem.
Dr. Scott Frank, an experienced and skilled oral surgeon, can help you assist your patients in getting the restorative dental work they need to look and feel great. We use ReVita Smile, a revolutionary All-On-4 implant treatment concept, to help your patients achieve awesome results.
Some dentists will spend tens of thousands of dollars to learn how to complete the All -On-4 treatment concept in a very short training experience. While valid, it is not the best option for many dentists. You may be looking for something more hands-on. Something more individualized for you and your patients. We have that option here.
When you partner with us, you will walk through the entire treatment with Dr. Frank. You are an actual partner who will perform much of the treatment. Dr. Frank is there to guide you through the process and to perform the surgical aspect of ReVita Smile treatment.
The ReVita Smile team can work with you to provide the highest level of care for your patients. But first, you have to help them get in touch with us. By recognizing their needs, you can direct your patients to get the surgical services they require.
The patient is going to lose their teeth, whether it is the top arch, the bottom arch, or both or they have terminal dentition and are losing their teeth.
They are already in dentures or partial dentures and are unhappy with the lifestyle limitations often associated with removable prosthetics.
They want a a full-arch non-removable solution, but require complex, phased treatment and are unable to commit to the time/financial obligation.
They would benefit from Revita Smile, immediate implant placement, or traditional dental implant treatment.
After you have identified the patient in need, please reach out to our office to schedule a consultation for that patient. After the consultation, Dr. Frank will work with you, together with your patient, to determine the best treatment plan. We will work with you and your patient to decide what their specific goals are and how we can best meet them. Dr. Frank will present the treatment plan and costs to your patients. We will obtain initial records and measurements and coordinate care with your office. Typically, surgery can be scheduled for four to six weeks out from the initial consultation.
Let North Shore Smile Surgery make this process as stress-free as possible for both you and patient. The patient will return to your office for any necessary restorative work. They will be happy to have their new smile, and you will be happy to have a satisfied patient.
You may be wondering about the complete process of partnering with Dr. Frank and his staff at North Shore Smile Surgery. Let’s talk about what working with our Buffalo Grove, IL office entails, start to finish. Some dentists will spend tens of thousands of dollars to learn how to complete the All -On-4 treatment concept in a very short training experience. While valid, it is not the best option for many dentists. You may be looking for something more hands-on. Something more individualized for you and your patients. We have that option here.
When you come across a patient who needs a Revita Smile procedure, you will schedule a consultation with our office for the patient. At the procedure, Dr. Frank will examine the situation and determine the plan of action. He will then present the treatment plan to your patient. Once a treatment plan is set, you will design your patient’s new smile utilizing a denture or immediate denture.
On the day of the surgery, we will administer IV sedation and local anesthesia. The remaining teeth will be removed and the bone reduced to provide space for the new bridge. The dental implants will be placed, and the patient will be prepared for conversion of the denture to a bridge. Our lab technician will be on-site to ensure that a lab-quality restoration is fabricated. You will then deliver the new bridge to your patient and provide occlusal adjustment.
Almost 100 percent of the time, we are able to complete immediate implant placement and deliver a beautiful fixed bridge in one day.
This means that your patient does not have to wait four months for the implants to heal and can leave the office with their provisional non-removable bridge. No more dissatisfied denture patients!
You will be able to support your patient through the procedure. You are encouraged to join us in the operation room during treatment to assist in the procedure. Patients feel more comfortable knowing they are being cared for by both their restorative dentist and an experienced oral surgeon. This arrangement helps your patient get the results they desire and the care they deserve.
